Only pay when pipeline moves
Cadencia doesn't meter seats, dashboards, or storage. Billing starts when a lead first becomes sales-qualified, on the stages you define. If Cadencia isn't helping create qualified pipeline, you're not getting billed for it.

How SQL billing works
Cadencia is priced on one thing: Sales Qualified Leads. Add as many users as you want — no seat tax, no platform fee.
You choose which stages count
Mark one or more stages per pipeline as Sales Qualified, with clear entry rules your team agrees on.
A lead is billed once
When it first reaches an SQL stage, not every time it bounces between stages.
No qualified pipeline, no bill
If Cadencia doesn't help move leads into SQL, you don't pay for those leads.
Strategic services, optional and never required
Cadencia is self-serve by default. These engagements exist for teams that want help redesigning the motion, not just migrating it.
- Project-based
Pipeline & Process Upgrade
Redesign stages, qualification criteria, routing, and handoffs before migration, so Cadencia lands on a cleaner sales motion from day one rather than inheriting the old one.
- Monthly retainer
Fractional RevOps Leadership
Ongoing reviews, optimization, and enablement from a RevOps lead who knows the system — for teams who need the function before they need the full-time hire.
Pricing questions, answered
What exactly counts as an SQL?
You do. Mark one or more stages per pipeline as Sales Qualified. When a lead first enters one of those stages, an
SQLReachedevent fires and that lead becomes billable. What if a lead comes back later?
A lead is billed once per twelve-month period. Reactivation inside that window doesn't create a second charge; the same lead qualifying again after the window does.
Are we charged for historical data we import?
No. Imported records that were already qualified before you started are not billable. Billing begins with leads that reach an SQL stage while you're on Cadencia.
Do we need to buy seats for everyone?
No. There is no per-seat pricing. Add reps, managers, RevOps, CS, and finance at no additional cost.
What happens if we exceed our band?
Rates are marginal, so volume above a band threshold simply bills at the next band's rate. There are no overage penalties and no throttling.
Is there a minimum or a commitment?
Startup and Growth are pay-as-you-go with no minimum. Enterprise pricing is an annual commitment with a volume floor in exchange for the lower rate.
